What exactly are you accessing when the error is thrown (example: opening an email document , opening a specific database)?
Can you access any other databases on the server?
Can you access any other servers?
Is the problem related to one database only?
Once the error is thrown are you able to click ok and continue through ?
What is the Domino version of the server resulting in the error?
Is LZ1 compression enabled on the database seeing the issue?
